Ordering and Terms & Conditions:
We try to keep the website updated as regularly as possible and delete any items as and when they are sold - but mistakes can happen so it may advisable to check your proposed purchase is still in stock. As many of our items for sale are "One Off" items we would not like you to be disappointed.
Once you have decided upon the item that you wish to purchase click on the "Buy it Now" option on the individual item page. You will then be linked directly through to our SECURE SERVER.
You can now fill in your personal details and also decide which method of payment you prefer to make ie Online Credit Card, Credit Card Telephone Order, Cheque or Other.
Option 1 - Online Credit Card payments
If you take the Online Credit Card option you will be directed to our Credit Card partners Protx and their secure payment systems They will receive your details and do all necessary credit card checks and validations. Once the payment has been authenticated they will notify us that your order is confirmed and can be despatched to you. Please ensure that you have entered the correct Carriage Cost option within your order.
Option 2 - Telephone Credit Card/Other Payment Options.
You are welcome to telephone through your Credit Card payment to our office. Simply complete the order enquiry/contact us form giving your phone number and we will telephone you back as soon as possible or you can call 01234 309890. If we are using the telephone or email for your order it may be possible to suggest other carriage options etc.
You can also make general enquiries about items by using the "Contact Us" link on the index page or by using this link HERE stating as clearly as possible what items you are enquiring about or that are required, and your location for the despatch of the items.
If when you click on the "Buy Now" link on the individual item page you decide to pay by cheque or other means then fill in your order details as before but select the relevant cheque or other payment method. You can then bypass the credit card details and send over your requirement where we can again give you further details on how and where to make payment and also any carriage charges relating to where you live.
We are happy to accept Cheques, Postal Orders, Bank Drafts, Major Credit Cards (3% Fee Applies), Amex ( 5% fee applies) PAYPAL (5% Fee Applies), Bank Transfer of Funds and Cash for the items. We do NOT accept Western Union money orders. HOWEVER If you are paying by cheque we will wait and hold the item that you require for THREE working days unless another time period is agreed. If your cheque does not arrive we reserve the right to re-list and re-sell the item.
If ordering from outside the UK and arranging a bank transfer of funds or bankers draft there may be a small administration charge in addition which my Bank will make for conversion of funds/currency. ALL MONIES MUST BE IN UKP.

Should payment for an agreed sale not arrive within 3 working days the Company reserves the right to offer for re-sale the item in question.
If you wish to arrange a Bank Transfer of Funds then please email me and I will provide you with my Banking details.
I will despatch all goods as soon as monies have been cleared by my Bank. I will also notify you when despatch of the goods has taken place.
If you have any queries regarding ordering or payment please email me and I will endeavour to resolve any queries or concerns that you may have.
On delivery if you are un-happy with your purchase and you find it not as described you simply have to return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Please note though that we do not offer a "Sale or Return" policy with our shirts. Please do not advertise shirts that we are selling or are on our website for sale BEFORE you have received them and please do NOT use our photographs unless authorised to do so.
All items remain the property of Matchwornshirts until paid for in full.
PLEASE NOTE: IF AT ANYTIME THIS ITEM IS PROVEN TO BE OTHER THAN REPRESENTED IN OUR COA WE WILL OFFER A REFUND ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. THIS SHALL BE THE PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY OF CLAIM.

Within the UK
Special Delivery ( Next Day) inc packaging £6.00 UKP ( £500 Insurance) - We would recommend this method for ALL SHIRTS and higher priced items and those discerning collectors who want to obtain their items quicker ( next day delivery) and be able to track their items within the UK. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU USE THIS CARRIAGE OPTION FOR SHIRTS VALUED AT OVER £30 UKP.
Special Delivery ( Next Day) inc packaging £7.00 UKP ( £1000 Insurance) - as above but the insurance cover is increased for the higher value items.
Special Delivery ( Next Day) inc packaging £8.00 UKP ( £2500 Insurance) - As above.
Overseas
International Signed For inc packaging £15.00 UKP - this is our preferred method of despatch for overseas customers. Insurance is additional 2.5% if over £500 value.
UPS Delivery including packaging £40.00 UKP
Insurance is additional 2.5% additional based on the value of the item. This service is trackable worldwide.
When we send out items to other Countries we ALWAYS declare the true value of the items to ensure that we have the correct Insurance values. This may result in duties being payable in some countries by the customer on delivery of the shirt. There is no way around this as we will NOT fraudulently mis-represent values.
